Returns & Refunds

We want all our members to receive goods of the highest quality, so if your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact our customer care team (email to add) prior to return to advise of reason for return and for an authorised returns number to be issued accordingly. Please return all items to the following address: RGB TV Parts (Restructa address to be added)

Returned products must be in their original packaging, with instructions and all parts included. The returns parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse – therefore we recommend that you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage. Postage fees for returns will be the responsibility of the sender.

RGB TV are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged accordingly to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse.

All goods returned will be tested upon receipt and inspected for confirmation of our security markings

If it is found that the returned product is not suitable / not faulty, a restocking handling fee of 25% will be deducted from the original product purchase price before a refund is issued If a returned product has been deliberately damaged, tampered with or poorly repaired, no refund will be issued

Should you return a faulty or damaged item, we will do our best to send you a replacement item. Replacement items will be provided subject to availability or a full refund will be issued Every so often mistakes do happen and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as smoothly as possible. In the rare event that an incorrect item is received, please contact our customer care team at (email to add) immediately upon receipt or further advice.

Our warranty covers a period of 30 days from day of dispatch.
